Box and Ride NZ is a high intensity, low impact 45 minute workout which combines two of the fittest sports in the world.
Alternating between rounds of cycling, boxing, and functional movements...giving us this unique concept in the boxing for fitness industry.
We aim to target all 3 fitness systems within the body (anaerobic, aerobic and strength) in just one unique workout.
By designing a specific platform with consistent timings, pre-choreographed workouts and precise movements, we have created many different options in the Box & Ride format.
POWER Circuit is a 10 station circuit providing you with functional weight and body weight movements for your train, great if you would like to get into weight based training with plenty of guidance and support.
Supple Strength is our soothing calm Pilates/Yoga combo, here you will still need your strength as you are put into poses that require all; strength, technique and flexibility.
